The complaint claims Cedars-Sinai ignored reports from staff who served as chaperones during sensitive examinations and directly witnessed Brock's alleged inappropriate conduct. Nurses and medical assistants allegedly reported incidents involving Brock, yet the lawsuit asserts that Cedars-Sinai concealed these reports, allowing him continued access to patients.
This recent lawsuit comes on the heels of a previous case involving 35 former patients with similar accusations.
